Case 10 : Cardiovascular (heart attack) | Male | 50 | IT Case Description Hx – COVID Pfizer 2021 – went to live in australia, after 2 days he had severe chest and arm pain. He drove himself to hospital. Straight to ICU. Aspirin saved him. 2/3 days had angiogram, arteries heavily blocked… open heart surgery option, couldn’t operate until blood sugar dropped. Two weeks after the op pins and needle in the legs, consistent pain. Dr recommended daily painkillers, June 2023 – 1 month took painkillers 8th July – recommendation from friend… came to see VM… September – pain slowly reduced… gave treatment for the diabetes October – pins and needles went 5th March 2023 – He is now fully recovered

Case 9 : Migraines | Male | 26 | software engineer Case Description 16 years old – onset of severe migraines. Could not work. CT head scans and western medication everyday since 16. When he would stop the medication he would get a migraine. March 2023 – 1st came to VM, 1st month of herbs reduced to frequency of migraines … Then in the last year it has slowly reduced, from stopping the western medicines and reducing the ⅔ days per week – slowly reducing … March 2024 – now 1x per month, no western medicine

Lumps in arms and head. Acid reflux got progressively worse, loose stools and diagnosed with fatty liver after endoscopy. They also discovered some wounds in the stomach lining. Back and neck pain. 240 cholesterol levels 2022 – she moved back to sri lanka and was not doing much movement – she changed her diet, her legs were swelling, body aches and pains were increasing and she was having more chest pain. Case 6 : Ricketts | Female | 46 Case Description 1984 – Diagnosed with Ricketts at the age of 3, they believe that her mother had an injection when she was pregnant which was most likely the cause of ricketts. Doctors said that in Sri Lanka it was not able to be cured, only in Europe. They could only recommend that she consumed more vitamins with the food. Dr. predicted she would die in 2013. Her legs were bowing and not developing properly. She had 7 different operations. There was an over production in calcium and she was unable to turn her neck. Her breathing was extremely sensitive. She was unable to sleep on her side. Vision had become blurred. Teeth were falling out. No movement in her hands, she was unable to feed herself. Case 4: Female | 42 years old | Teacher Case Description 2016 – Menstruation problems, infertility and pain. Cutting sensation in her stomach, to the point of consuming pain killers. 2x periods per month. 2022 – referred to western doctor. She was in so much pain, she couldn’t manage day to day tasks, she couldn’t even sleep because the pain was so severe. Ultrasound diagnosed a blockage in the fallopian tube and endometriosis. She was offered an operation and IVF – both of which she refused. July 2nd – 1st appointment with Veda Mahathiya August – 1 month of taking the herbs and she didn’t notice any difference. Patient had angiogram and echocardiogram in the western hospital. He was put on certain western medicines including aspirin. Even after the medicine he was still not feeling 100% and he was still tired. November – 1st visit to Veda Mahathiya, on diagnosis Veda Mahathiya drew a picture of his heart, the picture he drew was the same illustration as the angiogram. December – he started to feel a little better, he was applying oil and taking the herbs everyday. Intramedullary ependymoma Diagnosis – CP angle tumour, schwannoma Case Description 02/12/23 – first visit – not speaking, not walking, left sided droop, phlegm, no balance 06/01/2024 – tumour remained, balance improving more controlled, he could bend/more mobility, phlegm had completely gone, he can talk slightly better, vision in the right eye slightly better, no wheezing/tiredness (cured), BP 139/85 , confused/unaware 03/02/2024 – speaking improved, clarity of speech better, can speak in sentences, walking a little more with assistance, waking up during the night, now more aware, right eye vision improved 02/03/2024 – speaking improved, balance also improved, right eye vision 100%, left sided leg – swollen now cured, can walk better but still just fine, he doesn’t have much confidence as he fell 2 weeks ago because the breaks on his chair didn’t work. Tumour still there. He can sit and bathe himself … 06/04/23 – speech even more clear, walking today, has a stronger apetite

A bronchoscopy was carried out and she was diagnosed with Lung Cancer in 2022 – Doctor recommended a pneumoectomy. 02/10/2022 – she began her journey with Veda Mahathiya, she had decided she didn’t want to go down the western route of treatment and a friend had recommended Ceylon Traditional Medicine.
